Immediately following the update I was having all sorts of issues getting my notes to load in the app. I have been mainly using the web app but earlier this week updated my iPhone to this version. Tasks is game changing, and Gmail and Google calendar sync has boosted my productivity tremendously. It looks like it took about a year to stabilize, and now new features are a’comin’. I have been using the app for years and am thrilled to see the innovation that the new leadership team is bringing about a year in. I just don’t understand some of negative reviews of Evernote’s latest update, which is fantastic. Please reach out to us at from the email address associated with your account - we’ll be happy to help. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and would like to investigate these issues further. From scanning other reviews, sounds like I’m not the only person with the problem. Previously had no issues with app on my relatively ancient iPhone 6S. Not synched with anything-only used on my phone, an iPhone 12 that is less than a year old. App is fully updated and it still happens. I like the app (free version) and will use it anyway but it would be nice if this was fixed. This has only been in last couple of months or less. I haven’t noticed this with any other app that requires me to type. All I can figure is the app crashes during the time I’m typing. Checked to make sure I was still connected although my phone is always on data even if I’m connected to Wi-Fi, which was connected. Since that is indicated by the checkmark changing to left-pointing chevron, I tapped repeatedly on the checkmark to no avail. Since this used to happen automatically without me ‘saving’ before closing the app, I started trying to save before I closed. Lately I’ve seen times what I just timed in running note didn’t get saved - discovered when I go back to update and don’t see what I added (to grocery list, for example) and have to hope I remembered everything I typed in the last time.
